Group Photoshoots

Group photoshoots are a fantastic way to share the experience of a photoshoot while keeping the pressure and cost lower than a standard session. We shoot in a relaxed environment, allowing you to be part of a small group where everyone gets their turn in rotation, with plenty of guidance and assistance throughout. This ensures a fun, stress-free experience with lots of variety in your shots before your energy fades. Whether you’re a PT or online coach offering after pictures for your clients or a group of friends looking to share an unforgettable photoshoot experience, this package is designed to showcase your hard work and create lasting memories. We’ve worked with some of the UK’s top transformation programs, including Ultimate Performance, to document stunning results and celebrate success.

Package Includes:

  • £150 per person – Includes 5 images per client of their choice
  • Multiple Outfit Changes as clients can manage
  • Full Direction & Shot Ideas provided throughout the session
  • Private, Password-Protected Online Gallery for image selection
  • Edited Images delivered in high-res, web-res, colour & black & white, cropped for Instagram

Requirements: Minimum of 5 clients per group photoshoot.

Location: Shot at our Central Location Gym (no guest pass charges).

Additional Information

  • Payments are non-refundable unless canceled at least one week before the shoot. You are allowed to reschedule your shoot once, with a minimum of one week’s notice. Please note that rescheduling may incur an admin fee.
  • Galleries from shoots are typically available online within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified. The gallery will remain available for one month after your shoot before being taken down.
  • Edits will be delivered within 5 working days of receiving your selected images (via Dropbox).
  • Your images and edits will be stored for up to 3 months after your shoot, after which they may be deleted. Retrieval after this time may not be possible and may incur additional costs.
  • Copyright: All images are protected under UK copyright law. The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken. You are granted a license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed, but the photographer’s copyright must always be acknowledged. You may not alter, sell, or license the images without prior written consent from the photographer.
